What we build
Orgress is software for reward, HR, and finance teams who need one record of pay. Teams open it when a review cycle starts, when a new hire needs an offer, when the board wants a pack, or when an auditor asks how a number was chosen.
The platform holds compensation journeys, salary bands, legal and economic context such as minimum wage, and equal-pay analysis. You can see who has drifted from band, who an offer would compress, and what changed since the last report.
Who it is for
Use Orgress if you run pay in a UK organisation and you need evidence, not another spreadsheet. Typical jobs are a pay review, a new-hire offer, a board update, a minimum-wage change, an equal-pay question, or an audit of governance.
Pricing is agreed with sales. The public site lists Foundations, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. There is no published price list.
