Compensation Governance

Compensationclarity starts here.

You didn't build your organisation to lose talent over pay decisions you can't explain. We give you the visibility — so you can get back to leading with confidence.

Scenarios

The moments paydecisions get hard.

Every workflow in Orgress follows the same path — from question to evidence — with the full trail in one place. Here's what that looks like in practice.

A pay review is coming

Early access

See every person's pay history, band position and minimum-wage status in one place before the conversation starts. Pay rise planning, now in early access, lets you model the round and record the reason for every increase.

Join early access →

A new hire joins

See where the offer sits against the band and the team before you confirm the number.

See how →

The board wants an update

Give the board a clear view of workforce cost, band position and pay trends, drawn from the same live data.

See how →

Minimum wage changes

Instantly identify every individual affected. See who falls below the new threshold, with time to act before it takes effect.

See how →

An equal-pay question lands

Compare pay within peer groups and record the rationale for legitimate differences.

See how →

An auditor asks about governance

Every pay change is recorded with who made it, when and why — a history you can walk an auditor through.

Benefits

Fewer spreadsheets.Better decisions. Lower risk.

Replace disconnected tools with a single, trusted view of compensation. See the full picture, act on evidence, stand behind every decision.

One version of the truth

Bring pay, roles and history out of scattered spreadsheets into one record, imported from your HR and payroll exports.

Pay decisions you can explain

See how each person's pay has moved over time and why, so you can answer "why am I paid this?" with evidence.

Fewer compliance surprises

Spot anyone below the minimum or living wage, or outside their band, before it becomes a claim or a headline.

A history that stands up

Every pay change is recorded with who made it, when and why. Nothing relies on someone's memory.

Answers for the board

Workforce cost, band position and pay trends from the same live data, ready when the board asks.

The right people see the right pay

Managers see their own teams and nothing more. Our support team cannot see your data until you approve it.

Salary bands with drift detection

Define and maintain internal salary bands. Orgress continuously monitors where individuals sit within their bands and flags drift and outliers — so you see where reality has moved away from policy before it becomes a problem.
